Club Houses is an economically advantageous formula which has been tested in other countries; all the houses are built with innovative techniques of saving energy, sun recovery, co-generation etc (high class insulation system, sun collectors, sun photovoltaic panels, etc..); with very low and favorable maintenance costs.
Guarantee of acceptance
The owners of the Club Houses have the first right (option), at same costs, in case one or more family decide to sell their houses.
Exclusive services
GYM, SPA, ballroom, relax or dining rooms, laundry, etc. are included in the price and the families will pay only maintenance and cleaning according to running hours (no use, no costs).
Car parks
Four car parks for every housing unit, two in the garage and two in reserved areas.
