The company QUATERNARIO INVESTIMENTI SPA, whose sole administrator is Massimo Colomban, was born in the ’80s as a holding property specialized in real estate and industrial & innovative investments.
QUATERNARIO INVESTIMENTI was initially focused on the development and participation of Permasteelisa Group, whose founder and president for nearly 30 years was Mr. Colomban.
Since the ’90s QUATERNARIO INVESTIMENTI has diversified investments both in real estate development and in other areas of development and corporate participation.
Important investments are undergoing valorization in the tourism sector, focused on the great magnet and tourism destination of CastelBrando, and further development.

PERMASTEELISA Group Founded in 1973 by Massimo Colomban with the contribution of dozens of good managers, awarded with stock options as partners, Permasteelisa Group has become since 1996 the largest and most prestigious global group in the monumental architecture of 4 continents. He is the founder and has been president of Permasteelisa.com Group from 1974 to 2002.
He has been President of Sviluppo Italia Veneto/Invitalia, of VEGA PARK Venezia, Director in Save Engineering, in AscoPiave, and in other Associations and Companies representative of national and international enterprises. He renovated, restored and revived over 50 companies both national and international.
Several prizes and awards: Entrepreneur of the year, National Leonardo Award, Rotary Leonardo Paul Harris Award; he was invited and held speeches and lessons at MIT, Harvard, WEF, ICBEST, EU500/25, Bocconi and many other Universities and international contests.
He bought, renovated and relaunched CastelBrando one of the biggest historical Castles in Europe.
He has been professor at the Politecnico Leonardo Milano, in the Board of Harvard, GDS, MA (USA), in the Board of Gehry Technologies; USAF Aviano Honoray Commander, 724th AMS.; Civil Leader Advisor in the AMC-USAF Command in Scott-ILL (USA) and Honorary Consul of Australia in Veneto.
Innovation has always been his passion and mission, both in private and public enterprises, where he was called several times to reorganize them; bravely and genuinely he always fought, outside the box and sides, in favor of work’s values and of undertaking actions; against the excessive taxation, burocracy and corruption which are undermining enterprises and employment opportunities, hindering the economic and demographic rebirth of Italy.
