The New Developments around the Great magnet and Tourism Destination of CastelBrando
CastelValle – Cison di Valmarino
CastelBrando has prepared a series of authorizations and development plans to become a real magnet and Tourist Destination: with the creation of other 100-120 Suite SPA in the South-West Wing, toward the Town of Follina, and 150 Suite Rooms with an international SPA Center and much more in the Valley on the East (toward the town of Cison…).
We seek investors or synergies for future developments.
CastelNuovo – WEST WING – Follina
On the wood bordering part of the castle, facing the valley of Follina with a stunning view to the south-west, some junior suites with infinity pool, wellness and parking area are designed.
The project will be set in the natural amphitheatre of the mountains and will be invisible from the town. It will have no environmental impact being covered by the thick vegetation of the forest and the tall trees.
Extra Lifts
From the panoramic cable car station an exhibition gallery will be made, which will take to two new vertical lifts, in order to increase the number of visitors (from the currently 300 people/h to 1.000).
